Site Selection
Land Acquisition

Location, location, location! Whether you are looking for a rural slice of heaven or you prefer a country club community for your new custom home, our team includes real estate professionals who will help you identify and buy an excellent lot for your dream home.

Timeline

1 -3 months

  1. Narrow down land selections
  2. Make offer on land
  3. Due diligence (Soils test, well permits, etc.)
  4. Closing on Land (Land Loan)

Design + Build

We’ll first get to know you and your unique lifestyle. Then, we’ll custom design and build the forever home of your dreams, tailored to your family and routine. We’ll oversee both the design and construction, which ensures the final product reflects the original style, vision, budget, and timeline.

Timeline

Design: 4 – 6 months
Build: 6 – 9 months

  1. Initial meeting between client and design builder
  2. Client review and preliminary budget proposal
  3. (If yes) Sign Design + Build Agreement – Deposit due
  4. Design meetings with architect – builder consults as needed ( 3 – 6 months)
  5. Material selections and bidding (2-4 months)
  6. Review final construction budget and specs
  7. Sign construction agreement
  8. Submit plans for permit / schedule production
  9. Begin construction on your new home! (6-9 months typical)

Financing

We’ll connect you with top local lenders who specialize in construction financing and can review the loan process and financing options with you in detail. We recommend you meet with a lender as soon as possible to get pre-qualified before you begin spending time and money designing your new home.
