Austin is our Project Manager here at Gowler Homes. He plays an integral role in managing the Design + Build process, ensuring that there is always excellent communication between the client, architect and GCH Design + Build team. Austin also works with our clients, designers, and trade partners to accurately bid our projects and ensures that the transition between the design and build processes is seamless. His attention to detail and knowledge of the industry help ensure that our projects run seamlessly.
Austin is a Colorado native, born and raised in Colorado Springs. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from New York University, and spent the majority of his four years at NYU in Abu Dhabi and Washington, D.C. During university, Austin was lucky enough to be able to travel throughout the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, intern with the governor of Colorado and the former Chief Deputy Whip in the United States Congress, and work in fundraising for six members of the United States Senate.
After graduating from NYU, Austin worked as a consultant in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for PricewaterhouseCoopers Middle East, primarily focusing on International M&A and Tax. Returning to Colorado after spending more than six years in the Middle East, Austin wanted to explore his passion for architecture and home building, and was hired first as an assistant superintendent by one of Colorado Springs’ most well-known home builders. He was promoted
shortly thereafter to run the warranty department, learning and implementing best practices and procedures for crafting high-end, long-lasting, quality homes.
Austin joined Gowler Homes initially as Director of Purchasing and Estimating and quickly moved into the Project Manager role as he demonstrated excellence in his ability to oversee complex projects and communicate with clients and our team
